As womxn, we’ve grown up having a very complicated relationship with our body. We live in a culture designed to make us question our worthiness based on what our body does or doesn’t look like.
It’s set up to keep us constantly chasing this ‘ideal’ that we honestly may never live up to - because genetics, lifestyle, and the fact that the ‘ideal’ is bullshit for so many womxn.
Our beliefs about our body and the messages we receive from diet culture on a DAILY BASIS can make the work on healing your relationship with your body hard AF.
Perhaps it just feels impossible to you. Like you’ll be at war and constantly hating your body forever.

It’s an accessible monthly ‘membership’ community designed to help womxn find body respect, no matter their size.
It can be scary to invest in a body image program. And you can only save so many body image focused Instagram posts, rights?
There has to be a middle ground where you can learn and take action, on your terms, in a way that fits your life.
The Body Respect Project provides curated body image resources every month, based on a specific topic, with simple action steps you can take any day of the week.
Plus, the community of badass womxn come together once a month for a live session. Something powerful happens when womxn come together and talk about our shared experiences that help us remember we are not alone.
The goal of The Body Respect Project is to help you learn how to:
Challenge + dismantle the ‘ideal body’
Understand + uproot causes of body insecurity
Find confidence, comfort and unconditional acceptance in your body at any size

Who is this for?
The Body Respect Project is for a womxn that is ready to get to a place of body respect. Which means, if you identify as a womxn and you are ready to do the work it takes to stop hating your body, it’s for you, sis.
Because body image work is hard, you might not be ready to dive into it yet, and that’s okay. A big component of this community is being open to sharing your experience. When you are ready, this community will be waiting for you!
What makes The Body Respect Project awesome?
Monthly curated body respect resources, delivered to your inbox once a week. Think a podcast episode, a journal prompt, or an account to follow on IG. These are simple, straightforward resources that should fit into your life.
One live session per month, via Zoom. This could be educational, discussion-based, or a coaching session. Powerful things happen we womxn chat and learn from each other. Plus, I think most of us could use extra community support.
An optional FREE 15-min coaching call with Jen each month you sign up. I love helping womxn heal their relationship with their body. We can chat through your specific questions on your journey to body respect.

What’s the time commitment like?
The goal is to help you feel like the work is manageable for your life. The monthly call is up to 2 hours. Depending on the resource shared, expect to spend 2 - 45 minutes each week focusing on body respect.
Do I have to sign up every month?
I’d love that!! The hope is that you’ll make this part of your monthly routine. I also understand that life happens and you might have to skip every so often. No worries. Come back when you can!
What if I sign up, but can’t make it to the live session?
All sessions will be recorded and sent out to monthly participants. If you have to miss a call, I highly suggest scheduling the FREE 15-min coaching call to chat through questions!
